But let's be honest, brides don't choose photographers based on their shots inside the church. It's the ones outside that matter, the ones that make her look like a princess, the ones that show the couple in an idealised, romantic way. This course will bring you through over 20 setups that will show you the kind of shots you need to make your albums special, the ones that will help make you a sought after wedding photographer.

This special half day course aimed at giving you a comprehensive list of shots to use at your next wedding while giving you a series of photographs that you can use to promote yourself as a wedding photographer.

No experience with cameras is required for this course, your tutor will be on hand to advise you on the type of shots to take at a wedding as well as tips on the type of lenses and exposures to use. The minimum you need to do is bring along a digital SLR, if you have more equipment, such as lenses or flash guns, then you're more than welcome to bring them along as well.

The course will also cover topics such as wireless flash, using flash outdoors in bright light and the whys and wherefores as to when and how to use all kinds of reflectors. Emphasis will also be placed on using whatever lens you have to help blur or sharpen and background as appropriate.

This course is also suitable for those who want to get a series of wedding shots for their own portfolio. The first thing that any bride will ask is "can we see your other work?". This course will allow participants to put a portfolio together that will help many of them get their first wedding commission.
